I have been awarded a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Sheffield for the project “Mapping Air Pollution Health Inequalities: An Integrated Assessment Framework for Urban England.”
The fellowship award is £333,095.00, with project reference PFSS26\260047.
The research will focus initially on Yorkshire & Humber, integrating high-resolution air-quality mapping with socioeconomic, urban-form, vegetation and linked health data. It will develop new indicators across air quality, vulnerability and governance, with the aim of supporting targeted and equitable interventions.
